  • Jeanne Hamrick, Chair

    With a background in counseling, mediation training and a deep understanding of people, Jeanne thrives on helping people find happiness. In 2017, Jeanne launched her own company JBH LINK, which focuses on executive coaching centered around wellness strategies proven to help alleviate stress, promote clear thinking and creating a balanced lifestyle.

    Jeanne earned a master’s degree in counseling and Educational Psychology and an undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Before pursuing her work in fundraising, Jeanne worked for the State of Nevada on their adolescent and adult in-patient and special needs independent living project. She worked in private practice for Norton Roitman, MD, with an emphasis on developing educational programs designed to support a wide range of therapeutic interventions.

    Currently, she serves on the Advisory Board of Black Mountain institute and Chair of the Community Counseling Center Board of Directors. She also holds membership in Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and the Southern Nevada Chapter of AFP.

    Jeanne is a native Las Vegan with a deep commitment to her community. She still lives in Las Vegas with her husband of 40 years and together they have three grown children and two grandsons. Jeanne enjoys hiking, yoga, and gardening. One of her passions is working as a certified therapy team with her Catahoula hound dog Ace.

Her company earned accolades for its meticulous standards and its dedication to enhancing life quality for humans and animals alike, leading to its recognition by Forbes Green Entrepreneur as one of the Top 100 Cannabis Leaders in the Medical category and “Most Innovative Company” in 2018 by the Cannabis Business Awards.

    As the Las Vegas Market Leader for Women Grow, Krista garnered numerous awards for her community service, including accolades from Pride Las Vegas, the Las Vegas Medical Marijuana Association, Vegas Inc, Because of Ezra, and the Cannabis Business Awards. Her leadership extended to the creation and proliferation of nine coveted THC and CBD brands, with a portfolio of over 300 products, embodying her commitment to diversity and female empowerment. Krista concluded her tenure in the cannabis realm by facilitating the sale of her business to a NASDAQ-listed company, contributing to its public offering.

    Currently, Krista has transitioned from her industry achievements to academia as a dedicated full-time student at UNLV, pursuing a B.S. in Biology with a Pre-Professional Concentration, alongside Minors in Chemistry and Spanish. Beyond her studies, she enjoys family time watching and playing ice hockey, engaging with her dogs at the local park, and lives by her personal mission to empower others in realizing their full potential.

    Caitlin Abejon brings a wealth of diverse leadership and marketing expertise to her role on the Board of Directors at CCC. Rooted in a foundation of social impact from her early days as an intern at Think of Us — an organization committed to improving the lives of youth in foster care— Caitlin's career in transformative technology at Greylock Partners and Ripple reflects a dynamic intersection of humanity and innovation.

    Beyond her career, Caitlin's commitment to mental health stems from a profound belief in the transformative power of accessible support. CCC, for Caitlin, is not just an organization—it's a catalyst for positive change in the Las Vegas community where she was raised.
