Community Health

Community Counseling Center assists people living with or affected by HIV/AIDS in developing coping skills that emphasize social, psychological, and overall improved wellness. Counseling is provided to those who are living with HIV/AIDS, as well as those affected. Case Management is available for those needing eligibility assistance for Ryan White and HOPWA.

Services are provided in a safe, confidential, and sensitive manner, and include:

• Peer Navigation Training Course
