Community Counseling Center offers individualized professional evidence-based substance use treatment that provides a continuum of care including Early Intervention, Outpatient Services, Intensive Outpatient Services and Aftercare. Group and/or individual counseling is available.
GROUPS INCLUDE:
The ideal candidate for Addiction Education is a client who qualifies for case management services but may not meet the full criteria for outpatient treatment. This is a SAPTA-approved educational group that focuses on the negative impacts substances can have on the individual as well as those around them.
The ideal candidate for Intensive Outpatient is a client who requires a higher level of care and experiences significant cognitive, behavioral, and physiological symptoms related to repeated and continued substance use. This intensive 3-day per week group will address the negative consequences of substance use, identifying triggers, healthy coping skills, relapse prevention, life skills, and the importance of a positive support system.
The ideal candidate for Men’s or Women’s Recovery is a client who experiences a cluster of cognitive, behavioral, and physiological symptoms related to substance use. This group will address the negative consequences of substance use, identifying triggers, healthy coping skills, relapse prevention, life skills, and the importance of a positive support system.
The ideal candidate for Spanish Recovery is a Spanish-speaking client who experiences a cluster of cognitive, behavioral, and physiological symptoms related to substance use. This group will be facilitated in Spanish and will address the negative consequences of substance use, identifying triggers, healthy coping skills, relapse prevention, life skills, and the importance of a positive support system.
