Our Services

Community Counseling Center offers couple, family, group counseling, and appropriate referral services. Support groups are also offered, but it is recommended that you call for more details to get the most up to date information.

Where to Start:

Whether you are mandated to attend classes or if you are here as a self referred client there are certain steps you will have to take to get started.

Intakes for substance abuse and mandated clients are provided on a walk-in basis Monday through Friday from 8am to 12pm. Priority service for pregnant women and I.V. drug users. If you are coming in for an intake, please come as early as possible as walk-ins are performed on a first come first serve basis. It is recommended that paperwork should be filled out in advance as a typical packet takes most people about 45 minutes to complete. The intake itself will last about two hours.

Fees:

We offer services on a sliding fee basis which is determined by your household income. If you are a first time client, returning client, or if there has been a change in your household, such as a new job, job loss, new dependents, loss of dependents, it is recommended that you bring in the last two pay stubs of all household income sources. These sources include Social Security, Welfare, child support, etc.

Insurance:

Due to the nature of our services, we are only contracted with specific insurance companies such as Cigna, Aetna, and First Health. It is possible that some insurance companies will offer an out of network agreement. Please contact your insurance carrier to see if CCC services are covered.

For more information on appointments and initial assessments, changing, or canceling an appointment, please give us a call at 702-369-8700 and either speak to the front desk or contact your counselor.
